Master's Degree and Engineer in Telecommunications.  Minister of Communications since 2021. She has a 32-year career in the communications sector, holding different positions: investor, head of the Engineering Department, head of the Telephone Center, head of the Regional Center, assistant manager and branch manager, vice-president and president of the Cuban Telecommunications Company S.A. (ETECSA). She is a member of the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party. Decorations received: Mario Muñoz Monroy Medals and Distinguished Service of the FAR.
