We put at your disposal the Foreign Investment catalog, which includes the business opportunities to be undertaken with Foreign Investment in the sector of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Postal Services.
The Telecommunications sector (ICT) is a fundamental aspect of the Cuban economy, characterized by a high added value and a high scientific-technical and professional potential of its human resources linked to telecommunication services, the production of software and applications, marketing and associated services, and focusing on the use of ICTs in the development of society, security and the country’s technological sovereignty.
In Cuba, the Telecommunications/ICT sector is basically geared toward telecommunication services and software development, with a smaller role in the production of equipment within the industrial sector.
The computerization policy that was approved in July 2017 is the guiding document for improving the computerization of society in Cuba in a safe and sustainable way. It includes the National Computerization Program as part of the Project of the National Plan.
In addition, we attach a catalog that comprises information about most of the Cuban companies that commercialize software and IT services.
