Virtual Course: Design and Development of Systems for the Analysis of Large Volumes of Data

The second training course organized by the Cuban Ministry of Communications (MINCOM) and the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam began on September 21 using the virtual modality.
The Head of the International Relations and Foreign Trade Office from the Ministry of Communications, Isabel Greenup, thanked the Cuban Ambassador in Vietnam, Lianys Torres Rivera; the Director General of the Department of International Cooperation, Mr. Tu and the officials from the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam for holding the Virtual Course on Design and Development of Systems for the Analysis of Large Volumes of Data.
Meanwhile, at the opening ceremony, the Head of the International Relations and Foreign Trade Office from MINCOM welcomed the participants from both countries.
The Virtual Course on Design and Development of Systems for the Analysis of Large Volumes of Data, with a total of 50 participants, will be held from September 21 to 24.
Among the organizations involved are: Ministry of Communications; Ministry of Justice; Ministry of Public Health; Ministry of Higher Education. BioCubaFarma; AZCUBA and the National Office of Statistics and Information (ONEI)
This course will allow its participants to exchange and gain experience, as well as to deepen their knowledge about the history, evolution, main challenges, processes, storage, tools and methods regarding the analysis of large volumes of data, and also about other interesting topics that may arise from the exchanges.
In the current context where COVID-19 has proven to be a global challenge, the ties of brotherhood and collaboration that unite Vietnam and Cuba are strengthened. On December 2, these two countries will celebrate 60 years of indestructible bilateral relations, characterized by a special friendship that comes from the feelings between the historic leaders Fidel Castro and Ho Chi Minh.
