The Ministry of Communications informs that on the website www.mincom.gob.cu, in the Legal Framework section https://bit.ly/3uGqKJK the regulatory compendiums on Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies, and the use of the Radio Spectrum; Telematics and Information Technology and Postal Services are available for consultation or download.

The Compendium of Regulatory Documents on Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies, and the use of the Radio Spectrum is the compilation of the legal regulations in force for these services, for which the Ministry of Communications is the governing body.

The Compendium of Regulatory Documents on Telematics and Informatics is the compilation of the legal regulations in force for these services, for which the Ministry of Communications is the governing body.

The Compendium of Regulatory Documents on Postal Services is the compilation of the legal regulations in force for these services, for which the Ministry of Communications is the governing body.

This version of the Compendiums updates the previous one from 2015, incorporating the higher-ranking norms such as Decree Laws and Decrees that implement the approved policies, in addition to the Agency's resolutions that are in force.

The purpose of the regulatory compendiums is to provide interested parties with the regulatory framework of the Ministry of Communications in a coherent and organized manner, and to make it useful not only for workers in the sector, but also for anyone who wishes to consult it.
