"The mentality change that is needed begins with the officials and leaders. You are the ones who set the pace. If the change is not perceived, mentalities will not change." This is how the Doctor in Psychological Sciences, Master in Communication, Business Management and Marketing, and Professor of the School of Psychology at the University of Havana, Manuel Calviño, concluded the magisterial conference that took place on Saturday in the Theater of the Ministry of Communications and through videoconference with the territories, as part of the strategy of preparation and growth of officials and leaders.

With the aim of changing the mentality of leaders and undertaking changes in behavior styles in companies, the meeting focused its discourse on the need to change the institutional model, to evolve towards self-evaluation and self-discipline.

The exchange carried out among workers of different ages displayed the existing diversity of thought in the institution and served as a reference for future team tasks, in pursuit of "changing everything that should be changed" and learning from the good practices that are already established.
