On September 13th, Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella , Minister of Communications, attended the First Gathering of Young Future Workers from the Informatics and Communications Business Group (GEIC). This event is one of the training system's activities for young individuals who have shown greater skills and perspectives for taking on managerial responsibilities.

The Minister of Communications highlighted the role played by this business group in the Computerization of Society and the leadership of young people in it. He encouraged those who were present to keep strengthening the political and ideological work, as well as their professional training.

On his behalf, the First Deputy Minister, Wilfredo González Vidal, exchanged ideas with the youngsters about the main implementations of the Computerization Policy in the country and the immediate projections regarding telecommunications and informatics.

The event's program included several topics linked to ICT development and usage, as well as to other international and national matters.
