The FMC gender specialist explained to those present that there are still some gaps to be bridged, but there is the will and knowledge to do so. In addition, the program gives the possibility to reread our society, based on the areas of action.

Julia Muriel, Director of the Ministry of Agriculture, shared experiences on how to implement a gender strategy in a Central State Administration Agency (OACE).

Lizette Vila, creator of the Palomas Project said: "Founding the Gender Committee is a deep, serious and challenging process, not only for women but also for men. The language of gender is fundamental, it is political.
