At the headquarters of the Ministry of Communications (Mincom), this April 4, the top leadership of the institution held a meeting with members of the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba, this was announced by the General Secretary of the Party core of Mincom, Cecilia Valdés Milian on her personal Facebook account: "In #MincomCuba we held this afternoon the exchange as part of the process of delivery and reception of the position of the members of the CCPCC Secretariat Felix Duarte who goes on to attend the Food Department and Judith Rodriguez who starts at the head of the Department for the Attention to Services.
