Communications Officials exchange with young people from ETECSA and Joven Club

On December 12, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Communications, a meeting took place between young people belonging to entities in the sector and officials of the central organization.

Among the topics discussed were the implementation of the process of Computerization of society; the update on the service platforms ToDus, Picta and Apklis, as well as the e-commerce platforms Transfermovil and Enzona. The effects of the blockade on the Communications system and how progress has been made despite this unfair and genocidal policy.

In their speeches, young people and managers highlighted the need to continue strengthening projects with universities, as well as the role of young people in innovation.

The youngsters ratified their commitment to the work they do and highlighted the strategic role of the Communications sector in the country.

They presented experiences of telecommuting and distanced work. Also the importance of participating in social networks with our truth. They are encouraged to feel involved in the implementation of the process of computerization of society and will continue to contribute so that Communications will remain at the service of society.

In the event, Jorge Luis Perdomo Di- Lella, Minister of Communications, mentioned some strategies and projections in the field of technologies within the country and the need for our young people to contribute creatively and efficiently to the development of it.
