In addition, the launching of the Tax Portal, the secure development of the technological infrastructure and a new digital trunking development strategy were achieved. The figure of infrastructure provider was implemented.

Regarding the deployment of digital television during 2020, Radiocuba concluded the installation and operation of 65 new digital TV transmitters, including 60 from the 3rd Donation of the Government of the People's Republic of China, so that the current population coverage of digital television has increased to an estimated 76.2% in the standard definition signal (SD) and 45.7% in the high definition signal (HD).

On the other hand, the companies Softel, Desoft and Solintel S.A. are included among the 37 Cuban entities authorized to provide foreign trade services to non-state management forms, a regulation approved in the country during the year 2020. Solintel S.A. in turn, is also selected for import.
Progress is being made in the companies and in the Business Management itself based on the knowledge of all the regulations regarding foreign investment and export of services. At the end of the year, the two projects included in the foreign investment business opportunity portfolio have been approved by the Minister of Communications, which poses a challenge in meeting the deadlines for 2021.

The sales plan for services exports was exceeded, with an increase in export business at the border compared to the previous year.

In general, the results obtained during 2020 in the fulfillment of the institutional mission and the goals set are favorable.

Among the challenges of 2021, solutions will be found to the shortcomings still present and the levels of efficiency and productivity of the business system will be raised in terms of the welfare of the Cuban people, in accordance with the principles of socialism and loyalty to the leadership of the Communist Party of Cuba and the revolutionary government.
