Con la presencia de Rubén Remigio Ferro, presidente del Tribunal Supremo Popular y Osvaldo Martínez García, director general de Joven Club estas dos entidades firmaron convenio de colaboración.
A partir de la firma de convenio con el Tribunal Supremo Popular se establecen vínculos de trabajo orientados a la consolidación del gobierno electrónico y en temáticas relacionadas con las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC).
