The third and final day began with the statements of the delegations attending the Forum where they expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Communications of Cuba for hosting the Forum. Juan Alfonso Fernández González, advisor to the Minister of Communications, read the final Declaration of the International Forum on the Use of Information and Communication Technologies for Peaceful Purposes. The event ended with the speech of the Cuban Minister of Communications, Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, at the International Forum on the Use of Information and Communication Technologies for Peaceful Purposes.
