The Regulatory Department of the Ministry of Communications makes available for consultation or download the updated Compendium of Regulatory Documents of the Ministry of Communications.

The Compendium of Regulatory Documents is the compilation of the legal norms in force in the services in which the Ministry of Communications is the governing body: Postal Services; Telematics and Informatics; and Telecommunications/ICT, as well as in the Use of the Radio Spectrum.

This updated version of the Compendiums establishes new regulations on CUBANIC and the procedure for the proposal and approval of new generic second level domains not operated by CUBANIC.
The Cuban Postal Code was updated, as well as the rules for the opening, closing and temporary closure of post offices.

This new edition of the Compendiums updates the regulatory framework and incorporates resolutions that repeal five other resolutions related to telecommunications/ICTs and the use of the radio electric spectrum, in accordance with the application of Decree Law 35 and its regulatory package.

To access the Compendiums visit the section of our website dedicated to the Legal Framework.
