David Wong Sío, Deputy Director of the General Directorate of Communications of the Communications Ministry, attended the Haciendo Radio radio program from the radio broadcaster Radio Rebelde. There, he explained the Regulations for Private Data Networks and the use of High-Speed Wireless Systems in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands.

As of July 29th, natural persons will be able to apply for the License to Operate Private Data Networks, wireless networks and technical authorization for importing telecommunications equipment.

The engineer David Wong Sío, who is the Deputy Director of the General Directorate of Communications of the Communications Ministry, asserted that several actions have been undertaken to achieve an agile and computerized procedure in the process of applying for the Licenses, as well as in the technical authorization for importing equipment.
