Solidarity meeting in La Timba neighborhood

This April 30 in the capital's La Timba neighborhood, located in the Plaza de la Revolución municipality, a solidarity meeting is being held with the participation of two delegations with members from several countries.

Teresa Amarelle Boue, general secretary of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC), presided over the meeting, accompanied by party and government authorities in the Plaza de la Revolución municipality.

One of the delegations is headed by Joana Tomás Martins, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the People's Liberation Movement of Angola and secretary general of the OMA.

Representing the Ministry of Communications (Mincom) are First Deputy Minister Wilfredo González Vidal and Deputy Minister Grisel Reyes León.

Among the activities will be a tour to show and exchange on the Integral Transformation of the neighborhood.
