In the municipality of Regla, in Havana, celebrating the 150th anniversary of Vladimir Lenin's birth, the Secretary-General of the National Workers’ Union of Cuba encouraged people to celebrate Labor Day at home.

This year, the celebration of the International Labor Day will be different because of the necessary isolation due to COVID-19; that's why we will turn houses and active work facilities into adorned and embellished squares.
One of the main goals of this Labor Day is to recall the 20th anniversary of the proclamation of the concept of Revolution, pronounced by the Historic Leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro, on May 1st, 2000.

The main motto (For Cuba, united we will succeed) will serve the purpose of denouncing the slandering campaigns against our internationalist medical brigades

¡Hail Labor Day!
