The Compendiums of Regulatory Documents on Telecommunications, Information and Communication Technologies, and the use of the Radio Spectrum; Telematics and Informatics and on Postal Services, is the compilation of the legal regulations in force for these services, for which the Ministry of Communications is the governing body.

These versions have been updated as of April 30, 2023, incorporating the new approved standards and eliminating the repealed ones, in order to provide interested parties with a coherent and organized version of the regulatory framework of the Ministry of Communications, which will be useful not only for workers in the sector, but also for anyone who wishes to consult it.
