Position changes for cadres in the Ministry of Communications

With the presence of the Minister of Communications, Mayra Arevich Marín, on December 7, the ceremony of Delivery and Reception of Positions at the Ministry of Communications took place. Anamaris Solorzano Chacón, who was promoted to the position of General Director of Organizational and Community Communication of the Institute of Information and Social Communication, was released from her position as Director of Institutional Communication. In her place, Cecilia Valdés Milian, who was the Second Chief of that organizational unit, was promoted to the position of Director of Institutional Communication.

Rafael Santana Ferrera, who served as Director of IT Industry at MINCOM, was promoted to Director of the Digital Government Service of DESOFT. Alain Fundora Eligio de la Puente received the duties and attributions of the position of Director of IT Industry, from his position as Senior Specialist.

Pablo Domínguez Vázquez, who had been Director of Cybersecurity, was promoted to Director of Network Security Operations at ETECSA.

With these moves, the Ministry of Communications is assigning valuable colleagues to tasks that are essential for the country's development.

Congratulations to all of them and we trust that they will be able to fulfill their assigned missions to the fullest.
