Opening of the course on cybersecurity organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Cuba

On December 15, 2020, the third course organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Cuba, undertaken under the Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the field of communications signed by both Ministries in 2018, was inaugurated. It shows the indestructible bonds of friendship that unite both peoples, strengthened during the 60 years of bilateral relations that we have celebrated recently.

This Cybersecurity course takes place virtually because of the current COVID-19 pandemic, more than 40 representatives from different governmental entities, businesses and academies participate in this course.
The opening ceremony of the course was chaired by Mr. Tu, General Director of the Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam and Miguel Gutierrez, General Director of Informatics of the Ministry of Communications of Cuba.
