Officials from the Department of Attention to the Population from the Council of Ministers exchange ideas with the Directors Council from MINCOM

On March 8th, at the Ministry of Communications, a meeting took place to exchange ideas between officials from the Department of Attention to the Population from the Council of Ministers and the Directors Council from MINCOM.

María del Carmen Cedeño and Mercedes Armenteros, head and specialist from the Department of Attention to the Population of the Council of Ministers respectively, along with the engineers from the Xetid enterprise, who are implementing the Bienestar platform for e-Government in Cuba, explained the services supported by that platform especially focusing on the system for the attention to matters reported by the population to the central government.

During the meeting, Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, minister of Communications, acknowledged the importance and quality of the Bienestar platform and indicated that they should move forward with the integration of internal computerization, which is being carried out in the organization with the guidance of the Central Agency's young IT specialists.

Near the end of the meeting, words of congratulations were expressed on the occasion of International Women's Day, and they stated their commitment to improving the system of attention to the population at the Ministry of Communications always keeping in mind quality and computerization as their flagships.
