Occupational Safety and Health Workshop held at the Ministry of Communications

On November 15 and 16, 2022, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Communications, the Occupational Safety and Health Workshop will be held as part of the Occupational Safety and Health Day.

With the participation of the entities and companies from the Communications sector and under the slogan "Acting together to build a culture of safety and health at work", this first day was held with the following conferences:

"Challenges for the prevention of occupational risks in the 21st century", given by Dr.C Caristina Robaina Aguirre, Professor and Researcher of the National Institute of Workers' Health.

"Management system for occupational safety and health", by Dr.C Ivis Abila Roque, Professor and Researcher of the Instituto Nacional de Salud de los Trabajadores.
The submitted papers are:

"Implementation of a healthy company model in ETECSA", by Ana Bertha Rodríguez Alcolea, Specialist, Human Capital Direction, ETECSA.

"Personal protection equipment for suspended work", by Luís Escudero Cabrera, Specialist, Human Capital Management, ETECSA.

"Work safety and health system: A tool with an integral, systemic, scientific and technical approach, supported by computerization", by Jorge Luís Pérez González, Senior Specialist, Human Capital Management, GEIC.

"Case study: The workplace of a software developer", by José Antonio Pompa Tamayo, Director of Human Capital, Desoft Havana.

"Ergonomics", by Samantha Jael Arrebato Fernández, Specialist, Human Capital Direction, National Direction of Joven Club.

As a parallel activity, an exhibition of individual protection means is taking place
