The Youth Club National Board of Directors was held on November 14 with the participation of the companion Maria del Carmen Cedeño, where the Young Club Institutional Communication Directorate presented the status of compliance with Agreement 66 of 2018, of the Council of Ministers on the strengthening of the attention to the population at the end of October 2019.
