Minister of Communications holds meeting with Vice Minister of Information and Communications of Vietnam

On the afternoon of February 7, the Minister of Communications, Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella held a cordial meeting with the Vice Minister of Information and Communications of Vietnam, Pham Anh Tuan.

Both sides reiterated the endearing brotherhood and the excellent state of bilateral relations.

During the meeting, the interests of cooperation in the field of communications between the two countries were evaluated.

In his Twitter account the Minister wrote:

“We received at the @MINCOMCuba a delegation from Vietnam chaired by Pham Anh Tuan, deputy minister of the Ministry of Information and Communications. We exchanged on strengthening cooperation in telecommunications, computerization and cybersecurity. #Cuba #CubaInformatiza #SomosCuba, ”tweeted the Caribbean minister.

Cuba and the land of Ho Chi Minh maintain close commercial and collaborative ties in areas such as food production, especially rice, electronic components, computers, footwear and textiles, among others.

In this 2020, both peoples will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, supported by close ties of friendship, respect and admiration.
