Concerning communications, some applications related to the pandemic are still free of charge, and once the second phase begins, the payment of telephone bills will be resumed. Those who pay through electronic platforms will obtain a 10% discount.
The Cuban Prime Minister explained that they will continue encouraging the use mobile data during nighttime by means of lower prices. Regarding mobile balance recharges, he said that the modules and bonuses of recharges from abroad will still be valid.
Postal services will resume during the first stage and international services will be included in the third one.
Likewise, in the second one, the warranties of the devices sold by ETECSA will be reestablished, and the same will happen with Nauta accounts and mobile telephone lines in the third stage.
