Last day of Accessible Americas 2023

On November 10, the regional event Accessible Americas, organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Ministry of Communications of Cuba (Mincom), came to an end in Cuba.

On this third and final day, the Workshop on innovation projects and collaborative initiatives was held and it was a privilege to have Lizette Vila Espina, founder and director of the Palomas Project.

In addition, the Workshop on Digital Inclusion for Youth; Initiatives of the organizations was held with an excellent exchange.

Accessible Americas, ITU's main regional platform focused on ICT accessibility as a means to ensure digital inclusion and empowerment of all people, regardless of age, gender, ability or geographic location.
