Congratulations to all the children of #Cuba and the world!  #GrowingIntoTheFuture
Cuba joins the celebrations for International Children's Day. This holiday was established in 1956, when the United Nations General Assembly recommended that a day dedicated to children be instituted in all countries, which would be dedicated to fraternity and understanding among boys and girls around the world and would be devoted to activities to promote the welfare of the world's children. Cuba chose the date of June 1st and began to celebrate it in 1963.
