First Deputy Minister of Communications exchanges with students from the Higher Institute of International Relations

On December 1st, as part of the process of accountability of the Ministry of Communications to the National Assembly of People's Power, which will take place this month, the First Deputy Minister of Communications, Wilfredo González Vidal, met with students of the Higher Institute of International Relations (ISRI).

The meeting was chaired by Rogelio Sierra Díaz, rector of ISRI and Wilfredo González Vidal, First Deputy Minister of Communications.
Among the topics discussed were: the development of telecommunications infrastructure, fixed and mobile telephony, the transition from analog to digital television, the digital transformation process and training from an early age in the safe and responsible use of ICTs.

The ISRI on its official Twitter account wrote about this: "Conference on the Internet and communications in #Cuba, given by the First Deputy Minister of @MINCOMCuba @Wilfre_GV.
