Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, Minister of Communications, exchanged this January 7 with young delegates to the municipal assembly of the Union of Young Communists, in the municipality of Plaza de la Revolución.

The use of Information and Communication Technologies in Cuba was one of the topics discussed.

The Union of Young Communists of Cuba (UJC) convened its eleventh congress, just after the 57th anniversary of its foundation, and from Birán, in the eastern province of Holguin, where the Commander in Chief Fidel Castro was born.

The 11th Congress will be held in April 2020, after a year of debates about our future as a country.
