ETECSA informs about maintenance work on its network.

The Cuban Telecommunication Company (ETECSA) informs its clients that from June 2 until June 6, 2020, they will be working on their telecommunication networks. For that reason, on the early hours of those days, the users could experience certain problems regarding the access to internet services through Wi-Fi, nauta hogar or mobile data.
Those actions are part of the processes of operation and maintenance that are periodically carried out on that network to improve the services that are provided.
In order to minimize disturbances, the work schedule has been set for the early hours of each day and the intervention times will be kept as short as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience that we may cause our clients.
