Beijing, April 25th, 2019. As part of the activities that are being carried out by the Cuban delegation attending the Second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation, the Cuban Communications Minister, Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, participated in the Digital Road Sub-forum.
