Cuba Vice Prime Minister visits Desoft and software development MSMEs

On May 20, the Vice Prime Minister, Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, paid a working visit to the company Desoft Havana. During the exchange with managers and specialists, issues related to projects in which the company is working, its potential and key indicators were discussed.

The IT Applications Company, Desoft and its divisions in the territories, developed and maintains in evolution the e-government portals. It is a company that participates in the digital transformation process in the country.

The meeting also addressed issues of interest related to the importance of seeking business models that encourage the growth and development of services, as well as diversifying exports.

As part of the tour, Vice Prime Minister Perdomo Di-Lella visited the MSMEs Avangenio and Avangtec, which specializes in software development services, ICT consulting, automation and electronics services.
Avangenio has work experience in the development of solutions for companies in various sectors of the country and continues to develop new projects.

The Vice Prime Minister had a fruitful exchange with the workers in both meetings.
