Approximately 20 countries and 100 delegates from countries in the Americas Region, participate in person and online at the Regional Seminar on Radio Communications that is held in Cuba from May 8 to 12, 2023. Organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), with the co-sponsorship of the Ministry of Communications of Cuba and the Regional Technical Commission for Telecommunications (COMTELCA).
