Cuba is attending the sessions of the Consultative and Executive Council of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal (UPAEP), which takes place in Montevideo, Uruguay from November 18 to 21. The Cuban delegation is made up of Carlos Asencio Valerino, president of the Post Office of Cuba; and Raúl Cortina Papapar, Director of Development and Quality of this Business Group.
