Cuba is participating in the ITU World Radiocommunication Conference being held from November 20 to December 15 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Cuban delegation is made up of specialists and officials from the system of the Ministry of Communications. The main topic to be addressed is the radio spectrum.

From the first day, issues related to the Global Maritime Distress and Safety Service, satellites and the future of frequency bands for international mobile communications will be discussed.
