Cuba participates in the Consultative and Executive Council of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal

From November 28 to December 1, 2022, the Consultative and Executive Council of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal (UPAEP) will meet in Montevideo, Uruguay, in the presence of the Director General of the Universal Postal Union (UPU), Mr. Metoki Masahiko and the Secretary General of the UPAEP, Mr. Franklin Castro.

The Cuban delegation attending the event is headed by the Vice Minister of Communications, Ana Julia Marine López; accompanied by the President of the Business Group of Correos de Cuba, Pablo Julio Pla Feria and the Head of the Postal Department of the Ministry of Communications, Meilam Weng Peña.
