In the meeting of the Temporary Workgroup for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus, which took place on May 4, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Planning, Alejandro Gil Fernandez, announced that home delivery services will be activated for international shipments that have arrived in the country and have been stored in the warehouses of this postal organization ever since the discontinuation of such services (last April 3), as part of the measures enacted in the country to counter and control Covid-19.

The Correos de Cuba Business Group informs its clients that home delivery services will only apply to those international postal shipments that have arrived in the country and are stored in their warehouses pending delivery to its recipients.

Correos de Cuba has begun the organization of that operation in all its enterprises and service facilities to gradually start the deliveries of those shipments to the homes of the recipients in the next few days.

Correos de Cuba repeats that postal shipments procedures and orders of correspondence, parcels and express messaging are still cancelled nationally and internationally until further notice.

Once those services are to be partially or totally resumed, it will be informed to the population in a timely manner.
