Concludes Second National Workshop on Work Safety and Health

On November 23, the second edition of the National Workshop on Work Safety and Health ended with the presence of the Vice Minister of Communications, Ana Julia Marine López.
The workshop held at the headquarters of the Central Palace of Computer Science was attended by specialists of the communications system as well as representatives of the new economic stakeholders of the sector.
Among the papers presented in this second and final day were: "Proposal of exercises to avoid the occurrence of occupational diseases in the Joven Clubs of Computer Science and Electronics," by Elina Ponce de Varona and Midalis Rosabal Betancourt of the Matanzas Joven Club. “Implementation of the Healthy Company model", by Eng. Dayana Silvera Labrada, from Etecsa Las Tunas. "Accidentability and women at the wheel in Cuba," by Olga Lidia Guerra Doimeadios of Joven Club Holguín. "Implementation of the Healthy Company model," by Eng. Daniel Pérez Martínez and Eng. Marlene Román Ortega from Etecsa Villa Clara.

The Vice Minister of Communications in her closing remarks at the Second National Workshop on Work Safety and Health stressed: “Those who have honored us with transmitting their experiences, congratulate us for contributing to our country and those who have patiently gathered these experiences with their participation, do not delay in adapting each of the alternatives or solutions presented here and you will have the gratitude of the people of Cuba, because we will be one step higher with the satisfaction of a healthy, integral and more efficient citizen.”

Ana Julia Marine López, expressed: “The more we think about the development of society, its digital transformation and people, events like this are necessary.”
