Collaboration agreement signed by the University of Havana and the Ministry of Communications

Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, Minister of Communications and Miriam Nicado García, Rector of the University of Havana signed the agreement of collaboration between the University of Havana - UH and the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Cuba.

Hilda Saladrigas Medina, Dean of the School of Social Communication, and Miguel Gutiérrez Rodríguez, General Director of Informatics of the Ministry of Communications signed the specific agreement for the first joint project between both institutions. As part of this agreement, the Cuban Observatory of Electronic Government was inaugurated, which is a scientific and collaborative platform with the purpose of evaluating, socializing and accompanying the development of e-Government in the country.
