Collaboration Agreement signed by the Ministry of Communications and the Central Palace of Pioneers

In the Central Palace of Pioneers Ernesto Che Guevara, the Deputy Minister of Communications, Rafael Solís Martínez and Nurys Concepción Perdomo, general director of the Palace signed on February 21 the collaboration agreement between both organizations.

The Central Palace of Pioneers, inaugurated by the Commander in Chief, Fidel Castro, who warned since then: “a palace of pioneers is not a center of fun or recreation (…); it is essentially a training center, an education center, and perhaps the most important type of technical, cultural, patriotic, sports training center. ”
