The Unión de Informáticos de Cuba (Union of Cuban IT Specialist) makes a call for the III International Congress "Cibersociedad 2023" to be held on October 16-20 in Havana, Cuba.

Under the slogan "Digital Transformation: global-local connection", Cibersociedad 2023 will be a space to present the progress of the Cuban Digital Agenda within the framework of the Digital Transformation Policy, together with other similar experiences around the world, especially focusing on Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean.
