Bilateral Seminar Cuba-Vietnam

This November 17, 2022 the seminar on Electronic Commerce and Digital Economy was inaugurated online. This seminar is given by the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (MIC).

The opening remarks, on the Cuban side, were expressed by the Director of Information Industry of the Ministry of Communications (Mincom), Rafael Santana Ferrera and on the Vietnamese side by Mr. Hoang Anh Tu, Deputy Director General of MIC.

This seminar is the second one held this year as a result of the training actions agreed between both Ministries, and is part of the cooperation agreement on communications signed between the MIC and the Mincom.
