Bilateral course Cuba Vietnam

On July 6, 2022, the bilateral course on "Digital Transformation" organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Cuba was inaugurated, achieved under the Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the field of Communications, signed between the two ministries, in 2018. It is a sign of the indestructible bonds of friendship that unite both peoples.

The course will be held from September 6 to 8, in virtual mode. Around 80 representatives from different government entities, businessmen and academic institutions are participating.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Hoang Anh Tu, Deputy Director General of the Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Information and Communications of Vietnam and by Grisel Reyes León, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Communications of Cuba. Ms. Irina Perojo, counselor of the Cuban Embassy in Vietnam, also participated.
