This October 18, 2022, the bilateral course on design and development of systems and big data analysis, organized by the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Cuba, was inaugurated.

This was announced on her official Twitter account by Yoandra Hernández Lobaina, director of Human Capital at Mincom: "A course on the design and development of systems and analysis of big data is inaugurated at @MINCOMCuba, to be held virtually with the People's Republic of China from October 18 to 31, with the participation of managers and specialists from different entities in the country.
