Begins in Artemisa a two-day governmental visit

In order to evaluate the economic and social programs in the province of Artemisa, a work group of the Cuban government began today a visit to this western territory.

The tour will last until tomorrow, Friday, December 1st, with the participation of different ministers.

The Minister of Communications, Mayra Arevich Marín, participated on behalf of the Ministry of Communications.

The Minister of Communications started the visit in the municipality of Candelaria. At the headquarters of the municipal office of the Cuban Communist Party in Candelaria, she will meet with the directors of the Administration Council and the municipal directors.

As part of the tour she visited the local Nursing Home, the local Maternal Home, the "Héroes de Yaguajay" elementary school, the Aloha Bar; and she was accompanied by directors and specialists from sectors like public health, sports and tourism.
