Más de 200 servicios de telefonía fíja resedencial en el consejo popular Cai y Los Angeles por tercera vez en el año, incluidos los servicios telefónicos de la empresa de Equipos Médicos, se hayan afectados resultado de hechos vandálicos en el municipio Marianao.
Los daños causados afectan doblemente a la población, sufriendo la pérdida del servicio y la demora en su restablecimiento, a causa de la poca disponibilidad en los recursos por parte de ETECSA.
