Cuba participa en la Conferencia Mundial de Radiocomunicaciones de la UIT que se lleva a cabo del 20 de noviembre al 15 de diciembre, en Dubái, Emiratos Árabes.
La delegación cubana está integrada por especialistas y directivos del sistema del Ministerio de Comunicaciones. El tema principal que se aborda es el espectro radioeléctrico.
