El viceministro Primero de Comunicaciones de Cuba, Wilfredo González Vidal, sostuvo conversación bilateral con el Sr. Devusinh Chauhan, ministro de Estado de Comunicaciones y miembro del Parlamento del Distrito Electoral de Kheda de Gujarat, India, en el marco de la Conferencia de Plenipotenciarios de la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones en Bucarest, Rumania.

En el encuentro ambos países abordaron afianzar las colaboraciones en el campo de las comunicaciones.
