El viceministro Primero de Comunicaciones de Cuba, Wilfredo González Vidal, participa en la XXI Conferencia de Plenipotenciarios de la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones (UIT) que tiene lugar, en Bucarest (Rumania), del 26 de septiembre al 14 de octubre de 2022.
