Este 20 de mayo Cuba está participando en el Consejo Consultivo y Ejecutivo de la Unión Postal de las Américas, España y Portugal (UPAEP) que se desarrolla en la modalidad virtual.

La delegación cubana asistente en el evento está presidida por la viceministra de Comunicaciones, Ana Julia Marine. Participan además, Meilam Weng Peña, jefe de departamento de Servicios Postales del Mincom; Carlos Jesús Asencio Valerino, presidente del Grupo Empresarial de Correos de Cuba; Raúl Cortina Parapar, director de Desarrollo Organizacional y Calidad del GECC y Reinaldo F Rodríguez Lavado, Director de Relaciones Internacionales del GECC.
