A propuesta del Presidente de la República, el Consejo de Estado adoptó los siguientes acuerdos:

Liberar como Vice primer ministro al compañero Roberto Morales Ojeda, con motivo de su paso a la actividad profesional en el Partido.

Promover a vice primer ministro a Jorge Luis Perdomo Di-Lella, quien se desempeñaba como Ministro de Comunicaciones desde julio de 2018. El compañero Perdomo es ingeniero en Electrónica y Telecomunica-ciones.

Promover al cargo de ministra de Comunicaciones a Mayra Arevich Marín, la cual ocupaba la responsabilidad de Presidente Ejecutiva de la Empresa de Telecomuni-caciones ETECSA desde 2011. La compañera Mayra es ingeniera en Telecomunicaciones.
